No doubt the part was faulty, have a look on attached picture. Pin 4 is missing.
I did not address manufacturer warranty, only asked paddock as seller to deliver a height sensor with all 6 pins in place, like the second sensor that works fine on my car.
Basically I want only what I paid for, nothing more, and not happy to wait half a year for it.
Did yer buy 2 the same or a left and right which should be the same allowing for the left/right difference? How come it worked for a week originally?

Two identical sensors, same manufacturing date, no difference left-right as they are reversible. Original sensors from LR, not aftermarket.
This is a hobby car, only using it in week-ends. So a week passed as time, but in fact in one week-end I installed sensors, them in following week-end one sensor failed in 2 km trip, basically was its first test ride.

could you send them pic's of both sensors. One with pin missing and the other with all pins. I assume both sides need all pins fitted. This may speed things up if you explain the difference and they can see it.

I sent them from start 3 pics with faulty sensor, thought would be enough....
Did that include both sensors with and without missing pins? Seeing a physical difference may speed things up.

Can other D2 owners confirm if both sides should have all pins fitted?

Didn't think either that I should prove that a connector should have all pins :)
But if it helps, have a look at one pic with both sensors with connectors side by side, judge yourselves. Follow pin 4.

Tough to be a customer...

Now show the pic to paddocks and explain you have one that works with all pins and the faulty one has a pin missing. See what they say then. It may not be someone technical or knowledgeable on parts dealing with the return.

Most D2 owners are a pin short of a connector. :p

I have updates on this.

One member got in touch with them directly on this manner and I thank him public here.
This made paddock sensitive, so they reimburse the money for the sensor.
Not for shipment, but is mentioned in their "terms and conditions", so probably they need me to remind them this :)

The money was not a question here, but my rights that were seriously ignored for almost three months.
The positive side, probably they are aware of Consumer Rights Act 2015 :)

Thanks all of you for all of your help and support.
