Great, the only thing is is mine is no better when parked facing downhill although its doesn't splutter like it does when parked uphill. How did you locate the pinhole?
Wiggled some hoses and there was a 'psst' noise (technical term) turns out its right where the hard plastic line joins together near the filter.

Carpets up in back ! round plate ! take out ! two pipes into top of tank ! may be leeking on these ! seal with tiger seal or owt you have to hand leave over night to go off ! try bleeding system !

Wouldn't it be a pain to start even when not cold if it was getting air in the system or sometimes run lumpy when air gets to the injectors? Once its been started it will start all day first crank?

So I can rule out air in the system then as it will start fine once initially started, I will change the leak off pipes then in case they're letting fuel to drain back.

NO ! It will drain over night ! During the day you probs don't notice air back in system !

OK, I will start with the leak off pipes then and go from there as this seems quite a common issue! If that doesn't solve it I will start checking further pipes and the sediment bowl!

I would start with the pipes at the tank ! they are known to rust & let air in !
Then the sedi bowl ! I bi past mine ! NO PROBS since ! :D:D
Fuel filter next & Last leak of pipes !

No such thing as rust on mine, Jap Import and its amazing condition and chassy looks new still :D:D!!
