Hi looking for some help 3 amigos abs light a have had diagnostics done had a can stop fail changed front driver hub never went off put a multi meter on it no reading got an other hub & abs sensor still never went off diagnostics is saying code( 8 cam reset fail permanent )
It's a land rover disco 2 td5 2002

Hi a hit a pot hole and abs & tc & /down decline light came on so after that got diagnostics test done it had front can stop fail so the garage changed
(hub & abs sen ) lights stayed we put a multi meter on it no pulsing from abs ring so got an other hub and changed it again still the 3 amigos lights are on got diagnostics done and now
( reads code 8 reset fail permanent )
This is on my land rover td5 disco2 2002
Any body know what this means and know what to do thanks for any replays that are help full

First off was it a real garage or a bloke in a shed. what diagnostic tool did they use.

It was mcconechy's Thornly bank garage did the 2 hubs & diagnostics

Dont think that reading has owt to do with slabs ecu.

Am going to go see an auto electrician to do it again as a think its electrical rather than anything to do with the hub

also google search shuttle valve mod b discovery2.you could spend ages and a fortune trying this that and the other.need a decent diagnostic.
