Hi there,
I'm looking to have some work carried out on a TD5 90, chassis and body work, could anyone recommend a good place or person in the north east, to have it done.
New to this so looking for advice... Thanks.

there are others like les potts… .helmepark4x4, pvhlandrovers.co.uk depends if you want a specialist garage or not

You could try here Spanner Monkeys
I am going for some work here soon.
Spoke to them before and they know there stuff when it comes to Land Rovers.

Thanks for that, needing the chassis looking at to make sure it's solid before spending money on upgrades, then the fun begins.

I have used Spanner Monkeys and Durham 4x4 in the last 2-months and I've found them both to be great outfits.

Spanner Monkeys (Pete) does a large quantity of specialist fabrication work and his hourly rate is very reasonable indeed so may be worth a pop.

I've used Durham 4x4 for Diagnostics, including tuning, and George and his team has been outstanding in every way too.

I've used Durham 4x4 a couple of times now, going to go over to Spanner Monkeys next week to get a price on some chassis work I think needs doing.

you could try jagparts in sacriston they do pretty much everything landrover wise this is there write up on NE laners

We can now quote for everything from a service to a bespoke build including cages interiors wheels welding etc.

Russell offroad in langley park is worth a visit.
He did my rear crossmember, did a really good job and hes cheap.

From what I gather the SM hourly rate is the lowest in the area so well worth a try if you have a big project to undertake.
