2.5 petrol. Think it could be oil pressure. Going to bypass it and see what happens

cant see how oil pressure effects fuel. if you have low oil pressure, dont drive it.

are you getting fuel to carb? spark at plug?

Heidi is coming to meet us in Wales laning for the weekend, I'm in Wales already.
Have attempted assistance on the phone

Right, RAC have her running, but have had to disconnect the oil pressure switch as they recon it's faulty and is cutting the engine? But it's full of oil?

can someone explain to me how, on a 2.5 petrol, the oil pressure switch has any interaction on the fuel? it just lights the warning lamp!

I have no confidence in the RAC man,

It wouldn't. I wonder what happens if they plug it back in with the engine running? I bet it doesn't cut out.
