Just an update on the non start issue, took IP off and sent to diesel bob and he confirmed the pump was a mess inside. Got it back after a rebuild and car started straight away, didn’t even need much cranking to bleed the system but quickly noticed the outlet banjo on the back of the pump had a rather quick leak. Will give diesel bob a ring in the morning and see what they say
 
I wouldn't do it on an internal thread but two of our injector pipe to pump outlet leaked so I used some ptfe tape.
Have to be careful with it obviously.
Let's us know what Diesel Bob says, he was very helpful when we had an issue.
Ours drives very well after having the pump and injectors done, made a big difference to its driveabillity in all gears. Expensive but was worth it.
 
Didn’t end up ringing Diesel Bob as I was just messing around while the engine was running trying to see why I couldn’t stop the leak and I happened to move the leak off pipe from injector number 1 and there it was, a pin size hole. It was running down the tubing and dripping off the outlet banjo on the back of the pump. At least I’ve now figured out my problem and can now stop the leak
