Hi there. Have a 2006 Freelander Td4 which has persistent juddering through the gearstick, clutch pedal and when going uphill the whole vehicle. It has been in and out of the garage (not a LR dealership) and so far the following has been done:-
Front drive shafts replaced
rear engine mount replaced
front prop shaft replaced
prop shaft bushes replaced
clutch checked and bled
The garage originally referred it to the LR dealership for diagnostics who suggested replacing the drive shafts which was done but has made no difference whatsoever. The garage don't know what else to do and I'm at the end of my tether. Someone else has suggested a dual mass flywheel problem?
I am a female who doesn't know too much about cars (although since owning this vehicle I've learned a lot !!) so please use small words if replying.... any ideas would be gratefully recieved and passed onto the garage
