Just after the photo it sayes it is a commen cause. I must have damaged it when fitting the o ring kit

That cannot cause a corner to drop it can only leak when the bags are being filled or as described later. The pressure is sealed in the bags by the small O'ring to the left of it and the solenoid seal. If you have a leak from there i would suggest the solenoid seal is leaking or the base is not flat letting the small O'ring weep. Have a look at the rubber seal in the end of the solenoid, check for any build up of contaminant from drier (a crusty deposit) clean it of carefully if any found. Check seat it sits on in item 4-0-48-98. Check that 4-0-48-98 is flat across bottom and has not been distorted by over tightened fasteners. If it is not flat small O'ring could be weeping allowing air from bag to seep out and also give you the detected leak.

Wil check it all out again tmoz. Thanks again for the info. Can the small crack be a problem as it seats around the very thin o ring that sits over the slight flair at the end of the shaft and spring housing. The rubber seat at the end of the shaft was slightly marked with a ring endentation, could this be to worn to seal properly.

There is always an indent in the solenoid seal after a lot of use. Can be renewed if you can find some suitable diameter Nitril rubber. Ebay has lots of this. Or you can take them out cut the tail off and turn them round.

All sorted. Got a used solenoid internals. All is behaving at the moment. Thanks for the help.:)
