Anyway, by the same rules applied to my use of 'Advice'

Constructive, could be construed to mean lots of things, "like I'm constructively building my sarcastic repertoire on the forum" or "I'm constructively annoying people" ;)
 
We aren’t in short supply of sarcasm, do you know another trick?
Suppose the definition boils down to - you helping others is constructive.
Some new members are not used to online forums, welcoming, showing them how to use the site, where to post and generally how things work is all constructive. (As we are doing for you)
