Not in my book mate,
My first Land Rover was a Freelander and I absolutely loved it !
FAR more capable than people give them credit for.
If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't be here now, and also I wouldn't be a proud disco owner
 
yes mate, 10 minute job and I was a novice at it :)
My freelander was the original 2.0L diesel engine, pre TD4
Look in the freelander forum on here you'll find HEAPS of info from people WAY more experienced than I :)
 
Welcome ! Which Freelander 1 have you got? Lots of info in the relevant Freelander section (as mentioned)
 
I have a 2005 Freelander 1 TD4 2.0 facelift
I just did my own service ,first time I have done it.Did everything apart from fuel filter as it looks a bit tricky .I might have a go at the EGR bypass next but does anyone know if it will have problems going through the MOT with this modification?
