I've got a 2004 freelander td4 but now I've got the 3 amigos tc, hill decent and engine management lights are on

I own a Defender so electrical jiggery-pokery is a mystery to me I only understand clunks and rattling

I'm just about to take it to be plugged in to see what the problem is hopefully it not gonna be too expensive lol
