Hi, I have just bought my first Defender 110 200 tdi, I have had it for 3 weeks now and nothing has fallen off so feeling pretty smug at the moment.

She is all original with no mods which is what I was looking for and how I intend to keep her for the time being.

I'm still struggling to give a clear answer to the inevitable question that everyone asks me when I tell them that I have bought a land rover - "what the hell did you do that for" - so if anyone has any watertight stock answers to this it would be greatly appreciated!

In my own mind, owning a land rover is an institution open only the a very select elite with nerves of steel and no skin left on their knuckles.

Plus the fact that the missus drives a Suzuki Jimny so I needed a good towing vehicle :)

I have been using "cos my balls are so big I need the extra room" - I then tend to order a particularly girly drink from the bar just to mess with their minds....;)

Because a Tratter is a mans motor (Some present company excepted:eek:), and nothing else has the 'Grin factor':D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

:welcome: to the mad house:tea:
