Hi,

Well I'm thinking of leaving my current run around for a range rover vogue V8 (2006 ish).

I've seen a few that I fancy having a closer look at put am more interested at the moment on fitting an LPG kit once I pick one up. So really looking for upto date advise on what systems are suggested and for installers in the North East.

Thanks in advance,

Also do you think I'll notice much performance difference compared to the current car? Audi S6, it's a 5.2 V10;)

Hi & welcome.

Try Autogas northeast. Autogas did mine (Tartarini multipoint) & had no problems.
Remember the RR is a 2 1/2 tonne block with the aerodynamics of a house brick so dont expect the same performance as an S6.

Make sure you can actually buy the lpg in your locality, down this way we only have one Autogas supplier. Rarely open unless you phone first, out in the sticks up a muddy track, charges over the top. To be honest its never worth the bother unless you have a reliable retailer near you.

Thanks for the replies. There's a few stations very local too me, believe there's x3 within a few miles with the nearest a few hundred yards.

I'll have a look at Autogas.

Can I ask one more thing please gents.

Is it the multi point injection system/s I'll be wanting for this model? Just want to have some basic knowledge before I start contacting places.

Thanks again

It's been a while, but I have finally traded the Audi in and picked up a Vogue 3.6. It's nicely specc'd and am so far very happy with its all round appeal. Opted for the diesel in the end as finding a petrol that I was happy with was proving tedious. Just need to find somewhere close by now to go off road (nice and easy tracks to start).
