Durham Waller

New Member
Hello Folks,

New and fresh out of the box on this site, one of the best Ive been on. Have spent the last 2/3 weeks just trawling through the posts, picking up advice, info etc.

It might even stop me from asking stupid questions! But as Im an avid 'Toon' fan thats unlikely:D

Owned various Jap 4x4's with no complaints other than they got no soul. This is my 1st Landrover and its got character, even though it will be a pain in the A*** im sure.

Earn my corn as a Professional Dry Stone Waller and use my Defender as my everything vehicle!

Off on a 3 month Walling contract in France on 27th Feb. so will see how 'Lad' handles that one:scratching_chin:

Cheers Dave:D

Any problems with the Landy down in France then just get on LZ and International Rescue should be able to help you out. :welcome2:

Cheers Bill, appreciate it.
Sure the 'Lad' will handle it, a full service, new timing belt, aux belt and Water Pump has put my mind at rest and put some decent quality fluids into it.
Has made a big difference, by the time I get back will probs have clocked up about 2500 to 3000 miles, looking forward to it.
Cheers
