Big hello to two lady who looked like laners driving discos in the Herts Essex borders near the M11 on Easter monday .. Dont know if your Landyzoners ,, but if you are .. Hello from me ,, I was in the Dark Green Disco that waved back lol ..

.. We should have a secret wave for LandyZoners LOL ... Any Ideas ? :scratching_chin:hahaha :D,, We should have a Vote somtime ,,,

LOL im surprised how many people in other LandRovers dont wave back, maybe its because im driving a standard-ish looking discovery........

Always used to get waved at in my series and it wasn't that secret wave either!!!!

thats cause southerners are ignorant arrogant cnuts!!! when i was in liverpool most people in landys waved at eachother, specially series cars. down here the only wave you get is a ****er sign cause you had the audacity to make them give way!!

never in all my life ......actually i wont rant!!

long as you dont drive a red Maserati, are younger than 75 (thats the ave age of the people who drive in Christchurch / Mudeford) and dont call me a ****er when i make you wait cause its MY right of way, il take back my comment an say you aint an ignorant **** :D
 
Dunt get much farther saaf than me (well, in the UK) and i always wave at dependers and they nearly always wave back (well, the older ones do, to the people who drive new ones they are just cars and they don't understand!) - admittedly the wave back is often associated with a "who the **** are you" expression on their faces!

that farkwit that nearly killed the open top bus passengers with his porsche lives about 2 miles away.tosser nearly had a head on with me then gets all aggressive until i open my door and he speeds off like the spineless little **** he is.
 
did i tell yer about the porsche then ? must be gettin old as cant remember but to be honest after cam belt snapped went into hmmmmmm how do i explain to mrs mode !

you say that oddy ! i got a new un and i get some right strange looks from a lot of the older deependers (unless i got the mt's on and covered in crap) when i wave up
i'll wave up to disco's if they look tricked up for off-roading but only get a 50/50 responce from them (might be just i look a nasty coont when i drive :D)

Me too, i'll wave em up if it looks like it's being driven by an enthusiast but let's face it, most discos are on the school run! I always look at the newer dependers and get ready to wave in case there's a wave coming my way, but they are pretty rare and normally don't even acknowledge! Mostly it needs to be pre TD5 (ie more than 10 years old!) to get any acknowledgement back, and then never if there's an ifor williams on the back or an orange light on top, or it's being driven by someone in a high-viz.
