Hello all,
Bit of a sad story, but me and my partner have just recently inherited 2 land rovers from her father. He loved these 2 vehicles (a defender 90 300tdi and a freelander td4) and did almost all the work to them himself.
I have often helped him with bits and pieces; brake changes, a fiddly job with the screenwash, new doors and other little bits, but always as the guy holding tools and doing any heavy lifting, never really technical.
Now we have these vehicles, I'm going to be trying to do the maintenance myself, I'm fairly handy, and done a few bits on my own cars over the years, but all cars are different and I can imagine I'll need some help.
Glad to be here, and I've already found a wealth of invaluable information here without ever signing up.
