Cheers ill have a look at chassis...apparently it was wax oiled yearly before i bought it from edinburgh area...council now starting to use liquid on roads up here so yet to see what the effects on vehicles will be... just bought 2012 golf.it is costly but 30quid per year tax .halfed fuel costs and insurance 1/3 what it was.paid 450 per year with Adrian Flux(only insurer).thought that that was just what it was until i got a quote for my golf...nearly the same! (400) paying 150 insurance now for golf.so wondering how they reach those numbers

I was a bit shocked and confused when they quoted me 400 hundred for golf...i thought they were using a dartboard to generate quotes
