My favourite mod has been the 1.8 turbo engine from the MG ZT
It's got oodles of power now and shows up a few boy racers in their 1.2.
Mine is nowhere near as clean and tidy as yours, it looks great!

That's not as difficult as it sounds, although not exactly cheap to implement.

I bet it isn't. A knackered P38 could supply most of the parts I suppose. Judging by @monkfish24's P38 hatred, I guess he has the basic materials for a stab at it

Or you could just buy an air suspension package designed for the Freelander. Which I believe is what @Nodge68 was meaning when saying not to difficult but expensive.I bet it isn't.
