Hello. I've just purchased a 1968 Series IIa (2.6 6 cylinder) from the original owner, it was enjoyable to see "previous owners: none" on the V5.

Having lived on an estate in Sussex, it wears a proud patina than I look to retain.

I look forward to being a member on Landyzone, the Haynes manual is ordered and I believe the first steps will be finding out where fluids live and getting to know it.

Regards, Jan

I've got an original S2/2a owners manual. If you want anything, I'd be happy to scan it and send it to you.

i like i like a lot where abouts in kent do you hide as i used to live on the isle of sheppey

how long ago did you leave sheppey and was you part of the landy scene on the island or not ?

That would be nice, thank you! It's in rather good condition, no advisories on the last MOT and a wonderful original condition.

I've an exciting list of initial tasks, oil is seeping from what I imagine is the pressure sensor, temperature gauge is not working, a spare wheel with tyre and a couple of seatbelts to obtain. However, the condition is remarkable with solid and original chassis, bulkheads. 58,000 miles recorded and certified with the paperwork. A proper estate vehicle!

All you need now is an estate........................
Best of luck with it :D:D:D
