anyways i still remain and would love to see a liverpool group from again on the forum, and if ever your going off roadin round here am sure you will get to meet the lads who no longer access the site! ;)

We, myself and Disco diva 67 go laning at least once a month. Usually on our own cos we have all the kit. If anyone wants to join us pm

Anywhere in the North Wales ! We were Regional team leaders for crag but resigned (long story ) so we know alot of lanes. Mainly use paper maps none of the fancy gps things. :D

Normally head into denbighshire or frequent the ciriog valley, vary it between light or tricky depending on how we feel or who is with us.

We are located in ellesmere port so could meet up almost anywhere on route.

When summer finally arrives we will probably organise a couple of night runs with possibly a bbq on route or even a camping weekend.

sounds good to me that, would prob just come through the tunnel on way through.
sorry to bring this up but have you tried that ****ty little site in ellesmere by vauxhall? everyone keeps buggin me to go but as far as i can see its only small and nothing challenging???

If its the one I'm thinking of then its illegal ( not a proper site ), anyway its small and crap just a dirt track.

I know this coz had to go in there and help a disco out a few months back against my wishes but cant leave a fellow offroader in trouble, luckily waffle boards were all that was needed so I didnt need my disco in there.

yer you just confirmed what i thought, i prefer somthing a bit challenging when i take it off road. just full of kids arseing around on a little play area.

I'll be up for some mild laning as soon as I get the replacement gearbox in mine. Nothing much hairier than the Wayfarer though, it's too tidy and unusual to damage, and it's used for work as well so I need to be gentle with it :)

Saying that, it had no problems on the Wayfarer.

Not a problem but sure we can find a few more mild lanes for you, you ok with mud and what about scratches?

Welcome disco 70 and disco diva 67 you both seem to have joined with a bang judging from the "anything goes" section.
7 miles from Chester is that Cheshire or wales/ I'm also 7 miles from Chester -well that's the UK base but I'm currently 4,000 miles distant.

All the talk in the other section will pass and things will settle down ( fingers crossed )

7 miles from chester towards the wirral, Ellesmere port to be exact, so not far from yourself.

We go out laning regular into wales so if ever you want to tag along let me know, always nice to meet new people.
