Hello There Dave from Norwich here :) love my freelander One 56 plate that I got last year but I do have a problem with it.......any advice would be appreciated. When driving it I get a pinking noise from otherneath,It is very spasmodic but if I go on a longer journey once it starts it doesn't stop and is very disconcerting.Took it back to were I bought it from and they could,nt solve it neither could Halfords who had it up on the ramp to see if anything was obvious. as I say it is an intermitant noise hasn't done it for four days now but I know it will be back.
Can anyone suggest what it may be Thank you.
Dave

a stiff uj or a brokem exhaust mounting perhaps, you'll just have to crawl underneath and shake everything to replicate the noise, might be a centre bearing getting noisy on the vcu, might be a heat shield flapping.
