Hi all, I'm Peter (GuernseyDonkey), I come from Guernsey, if you hadn't figured that out yet. I own a 1973 Series 3 88" Pastel green Land Rover otherwise known as 'Lilly'. I have owned her since December 2012 (I was 17-now 18) she is to be the learner vehicle, I should have learn a long time ago, but hadn't got around to it. She is Petrol, 2 and a 1/4, drinks like a fish I'm sure.

I have been rebuilding her slowly - well, parts of her, as I need her on the road asap. I have done all welding myself, so it's not pretty, but I am improving, however, dumb irons are to be done by a pro.

Pics will explain the condition and the work going into her. The bulkhead is to be replaced in the future when I can afford it properly. And the Chassis when its rotten, but luckily the Chassis is pretty good, so a few years in it yet.

I also own a '56 Wolseley 4/44 and '57 Morris Isis (Auto) Undergoing restoration, before the landy, and still ongoing, and the yellow car pic, is part of the Isis.

Wilkommen in der welt von Landyzone ....

Oh Guernsey ... sorry thought you said Germany :bolt:
Ve are not zat bad, herr commandant.
Yes, Guernsey - Occupied by the Germans, so if the war had been lost, then Germany it would be, and a lack of the wonderful Land Rovers.

You can stay for now, but next time you get you're coat ;)
