I've just signed up to 'LandyZone' but have viewed forums since buying a V6 Freelander in February. Usual reasons, usual problems. I'm in Ripon, North Yorkshire.
'Reasons': How to...
'Problems': Sunroof runners knackered - going to use sealant since I've never used a sunroof anyway. Cruise Control inoperable - disappointing 'cos it's useful but me and my garage are stumped for resolution. Immobilisor issues - needs multiple key turns to start engine. Water ingress via back door window in bad weather - had plenty of that of late!
Good points: Overal good condition and decent ES spec'. V6 superb power plant - believe it is the Honda KV6 unit. Had cam belts changed during servicing in March.

Get a Disco. Same, numerous problems but at least it's a Disco
