Tis an easy issue to resolve.......when left to go stale biccies go soft and cake goes hard as tested in law during jaffa cakes v the vatman.

Vatman said jaffa cakes were a chocy biccy and subject to vat but it was contested as they go hard when stale so must be a choccy cake (vat exempt).

It confuses me a little cause the real crime is letting any cake or biccies go stale but the court missed this glaring fact.......

Another failure of the law to deal with the real issue, anarchy lies around the next corner, doomed we are I tell ya.....doomed! :5bwilly_nilly:
