Hey,
Thought it was about time to join up after many months of reading threads from this forum, and getting me out of many sticky situations...
Right.. A little about me, myself and I, Born and breed a chucter, around agriculture all my life.. soo yes many landy's
First hooked on the things when I drove a S2a at the age of 10, Off-roading with friends from about 14 (in a lovely 3.9 RRC)
Finally decided last year that i'd had enough of sports cars and bought my 97 Disco ES affectionally known as "Bug Stomper" and started modding,
Now then a little about the aul bus.. She's big, smelly, annoying, ect... so yes definetly a landy
but I love her all the same!
Mods are.. OME springs all round +2", pro comp shocks, winch bumper, 12k winch, safari snorkel, flexi arches, light bar with 6 spotters, comp exhaust, skeleton turrets with dissy cones on the front, dissy cones on the rear, raptor dash pod.. and malatesta kaimen tyres.. and probably a heap of stuff i've forgotten about.. so yes i'm in the shed most nights working on her.. especially after playing at SORC on the weekends when I break stuff
No.2 is a bog standard D2 td5 XS which I bought last month as my daily driver.. V8 is veeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrry gutsy! so a diesel was required..
Well hopefully get some more good tips and advice on here or vice versa..
