Just been having a look around - the site looks great! I'm an off road instructor based around North Lancashire and South Cumbria.

I'm looking to do my Lantra instructor quals soon (hides behind the sofa as people start throwing things!).

I'm also a Driving Instructor, and have learnt loads from forums in my everyday job, so hoping to pick up as much information as possible here.

welcome, i take it you wont be crying to the mods about the sarcasm and bad language after half a dozen posts then ;)

Welcome Beyond

I'm with Treworgey and his comments, the misses used to learn to drive in the Rover 214 we had and now she wants to learn in the Range Rover, she's got more chance of winnin the friggin lottery

Sarcasm is the natural hunting ground of any driving instructor who isn't actually being paid to not be sarcastic! And I don't need any patience at all to be a driving instructor, unlike in the Landy, I've got a brake pedal on my side - I'm happy! In the Landy I rely on pitching just the right amount of panic in my voice - 'GET OFF the F*&%ING CLUTCH' as we start sliding sideways towards the bottom of the hill!

Thanks for the welcome (I think!).
