I'd say blend motors, do you have the book symbol on the HEVAC? Best thing to do would be to put it on diagnostics and see what it says about it.

Heater is a constant flow system then a motor moves a flap to allow part or all of the heat to be used. Sounds like either the motor has failed or flap stuck. Have a nose round for info on blend motors, a common fail. Diagnostics cold save you a lot of unnecessary work.

Yup +1 to that. blend motors. Quite fiddly job to do yourself but a costly one to get done. i think there is a walk through on rangerover.net

+1 ive got a stuck blend motor (the one that directs air flow to footwell, vents, window ect...) but i never get time to do it so atm im just living with it

thanks for the replies lads its looking like blends are shot replacements on way had a look on rangerovers.net and its going to be a ballache of a job as both sides are shot :(

You'll already know that you've got two choices, dash out or in through the sides.
It's a good opportunity to do anything else in the dash area; faulty switches, blown bulbs or any upgrades that you fancy.
