plenty of write ups on blend motor changing on here. sounds like the usual failed motor on passenger side.
 
Before you go disembowelling the dash I'd suggest testing them first. You can do that by pulling out the HEVAC and working on the motor wires. All three of the '5 wire' motors are the same (temp each side and distribution) Black and Brown are the motor wires. Red / black and grey are the feedback potentiometer end point wires and white is the potentiometer wiper. You should have 10K ohms between endpoints and 0 to10K between each end point and the white wiper (depending on position) the motors run on around 5 volts when powered by the HEVAC but a brief run at 12v will be ok to test them. be sure not to stall the motors at full travel 'up and down' for more than a second or two. Check for smooth change from 0 to 10k ohms as you power the motors one way then the other, an analogue meter works best for this. If that works ok you have a problem with the HEVAC, if not you have a problem with the blend motor, or less likely, a jammed heater flap.

Note, you can get the distribution motor out without cutting or removing the air vent pipes, it's a bit of a struggle, but it can be done.

Finally, getting the wires out of the multiplug is easy, just don't follow the instructions in the manual, they're wrong! You need to insert a rod (I use a piece of copper wire from ordinary household 2.5mm twin and earth) into the plug alongside the wire, not into the pin face as indicated in the manual.
