I think strip down the motor when you can. I know you said they were new, but if the valaues are changing in the Nanocom, but the temp isn't, it can ONLY be that the motor is moving but the flap isn't, for whatever reason.

My distribution flap was stuck at 78%, but now goes from 0 - 100 (as shown on the Nanocom) but I currently only get air to the floor. I assume my motor was stuck, I foced it to calibrate a few times, and that's caused something to break in the motor. Either that or some critter has crawled inside my ducting and died blocking it up. Either way I'm going to have to take the motor apart and check it.
 
all the flaps have the slots for the cables, how did the RRC work?

Remove blend assembly and check if it works with Nanocom whilst still electrically connected. If it works, check that the flap it drives moves freely. If it doesn't work replace or repair but still check the flap movement, it doesn't take a lot to overload the blend motor.
