My td5 has a brilliant heater after doing loads of work to make sure I stayed warm this winter.
Imagine my dismay when after 7 miles the water temp was up but my fans refused to blow hot.

Then imagine my relief when I realised I'm a nobler and I had left the fans set at cold from the day previous.

Show off, it doesn't matter where I put the heater knob it always blows hot air which is not so great in the summer

Your cable has probably broke or come off, easy to check, get someone to work the lever whilst you look at the heater box end.

It's all wired in correctly, I think it's about as air tight as my pants. The main thing is it's hot unlike so many other tratters

Funnily enough mine too. I can stop the breeze coming through the fans on the motorway hot even with the fan off!
I have to open windows or the bulkhead flaps!
