Fitted a receiver and paired a to mine last year
Sadly couldn't get it to work

My faultmate won't allow me to enable it in the ECU
Buggy software I think

right i was having a look in my car today and took some photos so could someone that has the remote pre heat function help me out as i believe my 2006 vogue se diesel should of had the fob but it didn't when i got the car.

It would have had the fob originally

Take a picture of the receiver unit

A webasto T91 remote should work fine

You don't have to get a Land rover one. VW, skoda and Audi all used the same units

Here are some pics of the display and what from i understand may be the receiver. HOPEFULLY!

That's not the receiver
That's part of your FM aerial I think

The receiver is located behind the fusebox in the right hand cubby hole in the boot
You can't see it without unbolting the fusebox off the bracket

Heh, shouldn't that be FUBAR?

F:censored: Up Beyond All Recognition!!:D

But seriously, the webasto receiver is behind the rear fusebox on the right hand side, it should be behind a siemens PDC box.

There are two sets of wires coming out of it, one is for the aerial and the other is for the power and connections to the timer in the sat nav.

I have tried to upload some pics to show what I mean, hope it works

badges ??

is yours a supercharged then ?

no its a td6 but i prefer the grill and like the black and silver grill badge then found out it was off a supercharged so then got the centre caps and boot badge just looks better as the car is java black

Trouble is, when you rock up at a set of traffic lights and people see the S/C grill, vents and Badge....then they open their window to hear that distinct S/C whistle and all the get is Diesel knock and a smell of diesel soot - you'll be able to hear their laughter as they burn away from you down the road....

:D:D:D

Aha, the pics uploaded okay.

Just to let you know, the first pic shows the fusebox and on the right hand side you can see the white PDC box. The webasto receiver should be directly behind it, if you've got one.

The second pic shows the top of the connector for the PDC box, which slides to the left to disconnect. Once you've done that, you can see the two connectors coming out of the webasto receiver, as in the third picture. The yellow one is the aerial and the black one is the power/comms lead.

Hope that helps.;)

Hi Everybody,

Anyone got info on programming a remote heater fob to my Range Rover. All help much appreciated.

Does anyone have a picture of where the receiver may be?? I have a 2007 Vogue and use the winter heater on timer but would love to know if I can link a remote.
