Hi i am new to this, so bear with me.

When i slow down and don't have the revs on it blows cold air out and when i get some speed up i can get hot air, can you help please

top up coolant and bleed the system well for the beginning

As Sierra says bleed the system. It can take a while but plenty of threads on here with advise etc.Here is a good post on how to.

Additional to the procedure described in RAVE, after u refit the expansion tank undo partially the bleed screw with engine running and wait untill no bubbles are showing there...then refill to normal level, and make sure the tank's cap is fully tightened(very important)
