Buy it some thicker underwear. But personally i would not let my donkey sit in the Rangie. Full swab to change on L322 unfortunately.

mmm im kinda hoping its something simple, the backrest and the seat element have both stopped working at same time (both worked a few weeks ago)

Im sure thats the problem as my "heated steering wheel" is not so heated anymore lol
Now it's like a ice block lol

Button lights up for a second before going out
Mine does the same too....

Never had a heated SW before so I'm sure I won't miss it, but it would be nice have I guess!!

I'm going to treat myself to a new steering wheel soon
As the leathers a bit worn on mine
Plus the heating element is dead

True but that is still £200+ with the pad and buttons....just the wheel with no gubbins or spoke covers is £110 ish

Fault Finding

In the self-test mode the switch indicates faults by displaying a flashing code.

The sequence to select test mode is :

1/ Press the heating switch with the ignition off

2/ With the switch depressed turn on the ignition switch to Position II

3/ Release the switch, this activates the self-test mode

4/ After 10 seconds the flashing code is displayed.

The flashing code indicates the following faults

1 Flash = Switch overtemperature

2 Flashes = Short circuit and/or interruption in the sensor

3 Flashes = Short circuit and/or interruption in the heating elements.

With the switch set to test mode, maximum heating is selected and both lamps are lit. If a fault is identified the heating is switched off and, after 10 seconds, the left LED switches off , this LED generates the flashing code. If no fault is detected the LED remains unlit.

To return to the test mode the switch is pressed twice and the sequence starts again.

To cancel the test mode the ignition switch is turned off.
