Hi All,
My headliner has started to fall. I’ve read a few Fred’s on the subject and just wondered how much material people order for the job. Also, most places seem to offer widths of around 1.5-6 metres wide. I’m assuming this is wide enough with some stretching. Has anyone replaced the fabric panels on the doors? I’ve got the light sandy coloured upholstery and the passenger door has come away and the drivers door is ahem mucky!
Cheers,
Michael.

1.5m is wide enough. 2.5m long is ideal.
Get 1mm foam backed that stretches in all directions as it won't fit into the net rack recesses. Also, get 120 degree temp glue as otherwise it will drop again in the heat.

Not done doors, but headlining is not too bad. Worst bit is getting it out and cleaning old foam off !! Involves taking most of trim out of car.
