Ok changed my melted headlight connector today & all works well(sort of). What's happening is when you put the full beam on you get the clicking from the passenger footwell but there are no bulbs out.

It's an intermittent clicking not like the constant click when a bulb is out . Cheers

Dim Dip relay if u have a 300 series, isolate it by unplugging the resistor in the engine bay.
But if u didn't have this before double check what u have done.

I have the same problem on mine but with low beam ,it will work when it wants but relay always clicks ,high beam and side lights always work

came home last week and was talking to trax ,low beam wasnt working and half way through conversation it came on without me touching anything !

searched online and a few people said disconnect the plug near the washer bottle but i couldnt find it

It only happens when I put the main beam on full, if I flash the main beam there is no clicking. There is a relay connected to the fuse box under the bonnet , can't disconnect that but is that the relay I'm looking for ?

Ok, it's sorted now. Put the main beam on and under the passenger footwell i put my hand on the relay and could feel it clicking away (yellow relay). Just removed it and no clicking and no yellow light to spoil my led sidelights. Hooray

Does any one have a pic of the resistor in the engine bay ?
My relays click and iv tried disconnecting them didnt fix my fault
