What do I need to get and do to get headlight power wash set up on 2003 l322 with 2006 front conversion?

A sponge and some elbow grease? Sorry - it's late, it's Christmas eve, and my ex-MoD 110 doesn't have such luxuries (or power steering, or wind down windows, or even a running engine at the moment!)
