The small clip on the back of my nearside headlight has broken. They are small ball and socket .its the bit on the headlight socket section looking at the back of it its the top left near the wing . Looks like they screw on .
Are replacents avail or do i have to buy a new light unit

Yes you can buy them individually from britpart .

I just converted my headlamps from electric load level to manual adjusters and fitted these new clips too

They can be bought bout a quid if that.get a few spares just in case u break another
