Carl at Castleford 4x4 Centre, Lock Lane, Cas. 01977518864 would most certainly do it for you if you can get it over there.

"Irwins" nut/bolt socket

Buy 'em as a set at any good tool merchant (old fashioned hardware shop)

They have a helical cutting edge in the socket that bites into the offending nut/bolthead as you turn it in an anticlockwise direction.

Extremely good, but pricey - fit both metric and imperial

Fairly good chance it will still work.

As long as you can tightly fit one over the head of the bolt it will bite in as it is turned, and will take considerable torque.

They don't have flats inside the socket, but helical cut "blades" which work with standard right hand threads. The sizes in metric and Imp are quoted more as a guide for the size range they'll fit over.

Have sucessfully removed heavily rusted & completely rounded nuts and bolts from agricultural machinery.

Really impressed me as there has been nothing I have not been able to remove with these, one of the best tool investments I've ever made.
