I have Just done mine, I would just buy the valve mine cost £35, its a bit fiddly to do, esp if you have large hands.
Undo the three bolts that hold the unit in
unclip all the pipes from the bulkhead to give some play on the pipes
Three torq screws hold the unit in
took about 2 hours
