I've been driving a Defender 90 300 Tdi for 5 years and don't think I'll ever willingly drive anything else. I LOVE my Landy.
For my birthday this year I've bought myself a 1968 Series 2A LR Carawagon. Sadly the previous owner died so his widow sold the vehicle in it's entirety - all camping paraphernalia included! It's been very interesting exploring all the storage areas to see what I've inherited.
The purchase was a bit of an impulse - I have to admit I don't know a great deal about engines but would love to learn how to service and maintain the vehicle myself - so if there's an enthusiast in the Sittingbourne/Faversham area of Kent who has a bit of time on their hands I'd be happy to hear from you!
