SATELLITE DIGITAL AUDIO RADIO SERVICE (SDARS) (NAS VEHICLES ONLY)
SDARS is a satellite based radio service which is available in the United States of America (USA) and from 2009MY also in Canada. Digitally encoded audio transmissions are broadcast to receivers from two satellites or from ground based repeater stations. It is possible for the SDARS transmissions to be received in northern Mexico but reception is not guaranteed outside of the USA or Canada.
The service is provided by a company called Sirius. The service comprises over 100 channels of digital entertainment which is provided by subscription requiring a monthly payment.
Operation of the SDARS system is the same as the radio operation with selections made using the TSD icons or the TSD buttons and rotary controller.
The SDARS system requires additional components to be added to the audio system. An SDARS antenna and a receiver are fitted to allow reception of the service.
The customer must subscribe to receive the SDARS service. If the user selects a channel to which subscription is not authorised, the TSD will display the telephone number of the SDARS providers subscription service. The telephone number is stored in the IHU and can be changed or amended using Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment.

My l322 knowledge is what i have gleamed of off here, i have yet to get intimate with one, my time will come i am sure but i would probably not be mine:p

Thats the bluetooth aerial, think normally sat on top of satnav, without that you wont get anywhere.
Yes i know that is but there must be something missing because my phone will not pair with car I need someone who has sam car same year march 2005 to show me what they have in same area as shown in my picture thanks

Ok, if you have the bluetooth aerial where does the coax type cable on it go to, mine now goes to the ULF (bluetooth) module which is down low on right hand side.

What phone are you trying to pair up with it?

Hi backinblack
My pnone is a galaxy A20e 2019 model the unit in your picture is the one I hae in
mine all updated as you can see on my pictures the unit's that are fitted thanks

Do you have an older phone you can try?
The A20e according to google is Bluetooth 5.0
My Samsung S7 is Bluetooth 4.2 which pairs but has no speach
My iPhone 6 is Bluetooth 4.0 which also pairs but has no speach

Hi backinblack
Yes I have another phone which I will try but do not feel hopeful it will work,I have been told that there
is other things that have to be enabled in CCF My Gap iid tool lets me into all ECU s lets me enable
bluetooth but will not let me alter any thing else and apparently I have to enable them as well , but what
I am trying to establish is Do I have all item's on my car to make it so?? Regards

IMO the Bluetooth module is in the Nokia module so there would be nothing else to add, the connection would be from your phone to the module.
As long as Bluetooth is switched on I don't see why your phone wouldn't see it, other than possibly the Bluetooth version which should be backward compatible unless
your phone is looking for a A2DP Bluetooth connection (used for music streaming) for some reason which the Nokia module does not have.
I think you need to try your phone with a working L322 car if you know anyone that has one.

Hi If only I new some one with one I see loads running around but don't know the owners then at least
I could test my phone worked ? I do know someone with a 2010 disco 4 if that is any good!!
regards
