Fairy-liquid or any dishwashing liquid, but dont wet your hands first. A handful of sand, a squirt of dishwashing stuff, rub like hell, THEN rinse off with hot water.
 
Used to use Jif - before they took the sand out of it...and changed the name! Now damp hands and use washing powder - Daz at the moment - :)
 
I stopped using swarfega when i found out fairy liquid and washing powder worked just as well,then the Mrs changed to tablets so went back to swarfega
 
asda are doing industrial wipes ther in a yellow tube red lid great for cleaning hands get paint grease and glue off fooking cant remember name tho

fairy liquid is **** for real not just touched something dirty oily hands deb gritty cleaners or similar really work so does paint thinners or paraffin but unlike the deb stuff does dry a little
