Once you've done one its the same for them all. The plastic head breaks off leaving the body in the metal sleeve. Drill out the innards taking care not to go too far, hammer a small narrow punch between the casing and the hub, squirt with thread freeze or other penetrant, wiggle, hammer, squirt, etc etc and it will come out. Allow a couple of hours for one and see how you get on. At least if you don't get it finished in one go you can stick the wheel back on and use the car.
The other method is to remove the hub and tap it from the inside but then you have to do it in one go.
I got them off ebay for £40 each inc p/p and they are genuine Wabco. Fitting is easy once you've cleaned the hole but make sure you get the clearance right otherwise you'll wear the face off and the lights will come on again. Check the reluctor rings aren't broken or spinning on the hub otherwise they'll need done too.
