Hi there, i have just bought, and fitted a rear ashcroft air locker to my 90,

I used a very good condition rear discovery1 disc axle, the axle was a 10spline, the new diff is a 24spline,

Which halfshafts and drive flanges do i need, are all the axle casings the same? Or is there a particular length one i need?
I know i need a 24spline one, however i think i rang up JGS landrover and they told me there were 3/4 different types?

Any help would be fantastic, a part number would be great also

Thanks in advance

Graham

cases are the same , sub axles hubs as well as half shafts differ
stub axle ftc3188 x2 ,hub ftc942 x2 and shafts ftc3270 and ftc3271

thankyou sir, youve made things much easier,

1 last question, why do i need a pair of hubs? Are the discovery ones no good for the 90?

I have a 10spline landrover 90 axle on my truck at the minute(non disc) which if its easier i could use instead? Wasnt sure if there would be a shaft to fit the old non disc 10spline axle, would save me swapping the axles over, know my one i have at the moment isnt in bad condition at all

Thanks for the above post, (y)

disco 10 and 24 spline cases are the same ,a 90 10 spline drum case isnt, you need a disco axle or 300tdi disc 90 axle
