Sounds like a vacuum noise for what I can hear. I take it you have checked all inlet manifold hoses. I would be toying with the idea of spraying a little WD on the pulley's to see if the noise goes away, if so it may be a bearing on the way out.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will check the hoses tonight. Pretty sure it is not the pulleys, but will have another look
 
Ok, hoses seem fine but I have noticed that it only makes this noise when idling and in gear without touching the accelerator. For example when reverse parking and allowing the car to 'roll' backwards into the space (auto box remember) it makes the noise, but as soon as I touch the accelerator or put it in 'P' it stops.

Idle control valve perhaps?
