Just don't rush it and take your time. Its a nice and steady job. Put NGK's in mine, they have worked a treat

Screwfix own no nonsense penatrating fluid works quite well just dont put a naked flame near whatever it is you have sprayed straight after !

Be aware if you sneak up on the Glow plug and penetrate without it expecting, the thing usually comes loose that much better.

The shock so i'm told.
