No I have all 8 nuts off but 4 of the bolts are behind the flange next to the diff,so I have released the shaft but I have 4 bolts which I cant remove.

hmm only bolts that should be left once prop is removed is the 4 on transfer box flange which are fine left as is ,if front diff flange is similar leave as is and test drive it ,any play in prop joints ?

Ah I see, just pop the nuts back on them to stop them rattling round
 
Just got back with my new U J,S and 8 new nuts and bolts .My query is ,the bolts that are on the transfer bolt flange, there is a large lock nut holding the flange in place.Can I just undo this nut without causing any problems ? Thx

you can you may lose a little oil not much though ,are bolts damaged if not leave them
 
Yep, they where all damaged.So ithought it best to renew them all.Also if I decided to change the transfer box gasket oil at the same time can I use instant gasket ?
