Hi Everyone
Here to introduce myself and say hello. Two years ago my son gave me a 3 door Disco 300tdi that he no longer used and thought it might make a good retirement project for me.......yeah..right.....it taught me a lot about rust, and how the vehicle was put together, but it was so full of holes it would not even be useful as a fence.
So now got a S reg Disco 300tdi in not bad nick, as the last one helped me know what to look for. Some fantastic info on forums, so time to start on the never ending journey...aka..Disco 1 ownership.

The boot floor was not too bad, but the vehicle has rust in various other places as to be expected........I have a welder..phew !

Agreed, we have two, , ( well, ok three if you count the breaker ), and they are most definitely brilliant. Yours looks a nice bus

Only my opinion, but get rid of those side steps, they'll hold moisture and crud onto your sills, and you can guess what will happen next
