What's the hap for tomorrow then? Still same place & time? Im coming from h'sham and have looked at ways to get round the racing not looking positive atm unless anyone else knows another route I can get there?
 
Looking at the map of the route we're meeting in the middle of the big loop in the route. I think access from any direction is going to be pretty restricted.

Does anyone know of an alternative route we could do?
 
I personally think it might be a 'no go' tomorrow. I have a few friends up there who have gone to watch the event and it's rammed!

Steve i think you have to buy the whole hub to replace your bearing don't you? at least it makes it an easy take off and bolt on job. All except the 300+ ft lbs hub nut. I had to buy myself a new torque wrench just to cope with doing that back up on the range rover.

I do have a torque wrench, but now my hand has decided to swell up so cant do any work on it, may have to leave it in at my mates garage to get fixed as he owes me some time as ive done some work for him, so i wont be there 2mrw sorry folks, if you go out have a good day and stay safe
 
A friend of mine was out that way this morning and apparently there was no problem getting around there.

So I think just leaving a bit extra time to get there and we should be fine
 
I've had a go at getting to bockets but I've hit cones md road closed signs at every turn, with the addition of wombles in yellow jackets flapping like grumpy chickens.

Anyone up for another go next weekend?

Anyone have a preference for a day/time? I would like an early start if we do sat or sun, I would be happy with friday evening also do a late run :)
 
Well i dont mind what day but i would like the whole day driving so maybe Paul can take us over wokingham way for half the day then we can do the bocketts lane run later on in the day ?
 
Def up for this weekend, am not working either days at the moment, so whatever is easier for everyone else!
 
Hi all.... sorry haven't checked on here for a bit. I can do Sunday. Happy to lead round the farnham route or devils punch bowl route. Might have to give Bocketts a miss depending on time.
