im from the midlands and ive seen a few lanes blocked of with concrete blocks
the one was a ford not far from stonebridge island.
is this the way the council close lanes off
ive never been greenlaning but always wanted to but was always worried about the legalities of it all.
The ford your on about is/was packington ford. It was permanently TRO'd last year or the year before i think. The farmer has access to it but its no longer a public right of way.
The ford was very popular so i believe the blocks are there to stop all but bikes.
The council have to put forward an argument as to why they want a TRO
